利用鎂鋅鈣可代謝且對生物無害之元素,改變合金的混合熵值,依據應用場域,精準控制鎂合金降解速率,並透過材料組織的控制和成型工藝的應用,獲得高穩定性與更好的力學性能。應用於骨釘、止血夾、支架等植入物,於再生修復過程中,達均勻緩慢降解,亦可被人體完全吸收。
This technology uses metabolizable and biologically harmless elements (Mg, Zn, Ca) to chance the entropy of mixing for alloys and precisely control the degradation rate of magnesium alloy. By controlling material structure and applying forming techniques, higher stability and better mechanical properties can be achieved. The alloy can be used in implants such as bone nails, hemostatic clip, stent, etc. They will uniformly and slowly degrade during the recovery process and eventually completely absorb the human body.
