2020 全球百大科技研發獎獲獎 – 可控水反應鎂合金

The Controllable Hydro-Reactive Magnesium Alloy leverages the metabolizable and non-toxic properties of magnesium, zinc, and calcium to alter the entropy values of the alloy, thus allowing precise control of the alloy’s degradation rate based on its application, and thereby improving its stability and mechanical properties.

在經濟部技術處科技專案支持下，金屬中心所研發的「可控水反應鎂合金」利用鎂鋅鈣可代謝且對生物無害之元素，改變合金的混合熵值，依據應用場域，精準控制鎂合金降解速率，並透過材料組織的控制和成型工藝的應用，獲得高穩定性與更好的力學性能，滿足多元發展所需。
