2020 全球百大科技研發獎獲獎 – 無停轉風機之 UAV 巡檢系統

Combining the UAV flight technology together with high anti-interference and high-altitude stability, the dynamic sampling technology can implement a fast examination of wind turbine blades at their operational running speed. Without stopping the turbine, the defect inspection can still be carried out safely.

在經濟部技術處科技專案的支持下，金屬中心研發的無停轉風機之UAV巡檢系統，具有高穩定性及高抗風性(可抗7級以上強風)，在無需停止風機的正常運轉亦可在不被干擾情況下進行風機檢測。相較傳統人力或無人機檢測不僅大幅縮短檢測時間、運用大規模風場巡檢可節省風機檢測成本40%以上。
